Product Description:
Palonosetron is a second-generation serotonin (5-HT3) receptor antagonist,
specifically designed for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV).
With a long half-life (~40 hours) and a high receptor binding affinity,
it provides extended protection from both acute and delayed phases of CINV in patients receiving
moderately or highly emetogenic chemotherapy.

Indications:
Adults: Prevention of nausea and vomiting with initial and repeat courses of:
Moderately emetogenic chemotherapy (MEC)
Highly emetogenic chemotherapy (HEC)
Off-label: Occasionally used for postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV)
