Special Instructions: Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children. Prior to reconstitution, tigecycline for injection, USP should be stored at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F); excursions permitted between 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature]. The reconstituted solution of tigecycline for injection, USP may be stored at room temperature (not to exceed 25°C/77°F) for up to 18 hours (up to 6 hours in the vial and the remaining time in the intravenous bag) Alternatively, tigecycline solution mixed with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection or 5% Dextorse injection may be stored refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (36° to 46°F) for up to 48 hours.
