Product Description:
Rituximab is a chimeric monoclonal antibody that targets the CD20 antigen on B lymphocytes. It induces B-cell depletion via complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC), antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), and apoptosis. Indicated for B-cell lymphomas, leukemias, and autoimmune diseases, the 100 mg strength is commonly used in dose escalation, pediatric protocols, and weight-based dosing regimens.Available Presentation:
