Fosaprepitant de dimeglumina 150 mg is an intravenous neurokinin-1 receptor antagonist used in combination with other antiemetic agents, commonly a 5-HT3 antagonist and dexamethasone, for prevention of acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with highly or moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy.
