Description
Vindesine is a semisynthetic vinca alkaloid chemotherapy used in selected malignancies, including acute lymphocytic leukemia, blastic crisis of chronic myeloid leukemia, non-small-cell lung cancer, melanoma, breast cancer, and lymphomas, depending on jurisdiction and protocol. It works by inhibiting tubulin/microtubule function and arresting mitosis.
