Special Notes
The lyophilised vaccine and its diluent may have different transport allowances. WHO states that the diluent can be stored outside the cold chain before reconstitution, subject to the approved handling instructions. I would nevertheless specify a validated +2°C to +8°C vaccine shipment with calibrated temperature monitoring in an initial RFQ.
