Product Description:

Cisplatin is a platinum-containing chemotherapeutic agent that forms DNA crosslinks, thereby interfering with DNA replication and transcription. It is classified as an alkylating-like agent and is widely used in the treatment of solid tumors. Cisplatin is administered intravenously under strict clinical supervision due to its potential nephrotoxicity, ototoxicity, and other serious adverse effects.

• Genitourinary Cancers:
  • Testicular cancer (as part of the BEP regimen: Bleomycin, Etoposide, Cisplatin)
  • Ovarian cancer (advanced or metastatic)
  • Bladder cancer
• Thoracic Cancers:
  • Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
  • Small cell lung cancer (SCLC)
• Head and Neck Cancers:
  • Squamous cell carcinomas, often combined with radiotherapy or fluorouracil
• Gastrointestinal Cancers:
  • Esophageal, gastric, and pancreatic cancers
• Gynecologic Cancers:
  • Cervical carcinoma (in combination with radiotherapy)

  • Off-label regimens for osteosarcoma, mesothelioma, and pediatric malignancies
